Bank Payments

Whenever you pay for an expense, salary of your employee, or refund to your customer. You will be creating a Bank Payment for it.
Bank payment can also be allocated to its respective Invoice. Which will help you to maintain the allocations clear. Bank Payment also can be drafted and resume anytime later on.

Bank Deposits

Everytime someone pay you for your invoice, or the money refund received from your supplier, You need to make a bank deposit and allocate the deposit to its respective invoice

The Bank deposit can also be drafted. So you can edit it again and finish it.

The Deposit is the first entry of opening balance of your company to start the capital fund.

Bank Transfers

If you are maintaining more than one bank account or Cash Account, you might need to transfer the balance between accounts. The money transfer helps you to move money mainly from Bank to cash and Cash to Bank.
Fund Transfer is alternative name, which we call it in the system.

Bank Imports

When you have more entries in your bank statement and if its difficult to follow the payments and deposits which are all connected with your bank accounts.

The Statement import will helps you to get all of them into the system.
The system will try to auto allocate with reference of invoices, and customers found, if not the payment entries will be created. later you can allocate it.

Bank Transaction Reconcile

There is a chance of missing the Bank statements with our system. So lets reconcile it with Real bank statement and mark in our system.
It helps to remove duplicates and find missing entry into the system.

Reports

The Banking has limited amount of reports, But which will helps you to get them in necessary details.

Bank Inquiry

The Bank inquiry helps to shortlist the entry as of the system. And helps you to get them there.

Multiple Transaction View

You can open Multiple transactions and also connected transactions from one to its connected transactions

Attachments

Files such as receipts and chellans you can attach with the bank payments and receipts for future reference.
